Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Senzela Jade website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Access and Account
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree that all information you provide, including billing and shipping details, is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Our Products
Senzela Jade offers both in‑stock garments and made‑to‑order pieces. Availability varies by style. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but variations may occur depending on your device. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are purchasing the selected item subject to availability. If the item is in stock, it will be prepared for dispatch. If the item is made to order, production will begin immediately once your order is placed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Purchases are for personal use only and are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through the Services.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, whether the item is in stock or made to order.
Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian consumer law.
Made‑to‑Order Items: Once production has begun, made‑to‑order garments are not eligible for cancellation. If a refund is approved before production begins, it will be issued in full. If a refund is approved after production has begun, a partial refund may be issued to cover labour, materials and associated production costs already incurred.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, video, trademarks and design, is owned by Senzela Jade or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.
8. Third‑Party Services
The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third‑party services. Your use of third‑party websites is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
10. Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce and publish such Feedback for any purpose.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order is submitted.

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate laws or regulations, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harm others, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of termination.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senzela Jade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian consumer law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senzela Jade and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Senzela Jade regarding your use of the Services.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
