All Senzela Jade pieces are individually crafted upon purchase. Made‑to‑order garments require 10–21 business days for creation and preparation. In‑stock items dispatch within 7 days.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Duties and taxes are included for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.

Made‑to‑Order Pieces

All Senzela Jade pieces are made to order. Production begins immediately once your order is placed and follows a 10–21 business day creation window. These items are handcrafted individually and may require specialised materials and artisan labour.
