Sizing and Fit
Each product page includes detailed measurements and fit notes to help you select the most suitable size.
Our pieces follow standard sizing. For the best fit, we recommend referring to the measurements provided on each product page.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.
We currently do not offer custom sizing or tailoring.
As our garments are handmade and may have delicate embroidery we recommend professional seamstresses, dressmakers, tailors for alterations
Fabric and Care
Our garments are crafted from a premium blend selected for durability and comfort.
We recommend professional cleaning to maintain the quality of your piece.
Yes. Spot cleaning is suitable when necessary, taking care around delicate fabrics and embellishment.
Some pieces include fine tulle, chiffon or hand‑finished details.
These should be handled gently and stored with care.
Store your garment carefully to preserve embroidery and embellishment.
Keep it in its original packaging or a breathable garment bag.
Orders and Dispatch
- In‑stock items are dispatched within 7 days of order confirmation.
- Made‑to‑order pieces follow our standard production window of 10–21 business days, depending on availability and the intricacy of the design.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact our customer care team and we will do our best to assist.
Delivery Timeframes
Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery, depending on your location. International orders may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery estimates at checkout are approximate.
For the most accurate updates, refer to the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping Addresses
We do not recommend shipping to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses, as Senzela Jade deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
If your parcel cannot be delivered to the nominated address, our delivery partners or our customer care team will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to amend the details before fulfilment, but once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled.
Duties and Taxes
Yes. Global duties and taxes are included in the prices displayed.
Please note, some destinations may require additional import taxes and duties. Please confirm with your destination country for any potential import taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Delivery Notice
Delivery timeframes are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to reasons outside our control, including carrier network delays, customs processing, extreme weather or natural disasters.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. For made‑to‑order garments, production begins immediately.
If a refund is approved before production begins, it will be issued in full.
If a refund is approved after production has begun, a partial refund may be issued to cover labour, materials and production costs already incurred.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Senzela Jade piece.
If something is not quite right, or you simply change your mind, we offer a full refund on all ready‑made items returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect resale condition, meaning it is:
- undamaged, unworn and unused (other than trying on for size)
- free from make‑up, perfume, tan or other marks
- returned with all original tags and labels attached
- returned in its original packaging
Made‑to‑order pieces are handcrafted individually for you and are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns or exchanges.
If a refund is approved before production begins, it will be issued in full.
If a refund is approved after production has begun, a partial refund may be issued to cover labour, materials and production costs already incurred.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the issue are required so we can assess and assist promptly.
Approved faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian consumer law.
Request a return
- Use our contact us webform, or email us at contact@senzelajade.com with your order number within 10 days of receiving your item.
Receive your return instructions
We will provide you with:
- the return address
- instructions for preparing your return
- a return slip to complete (personal details, reason for return, and preference for a refund or exchange)
Please include this slip inside your return parcel.
Send your item back
The gown must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless we have confirmed a fault or error on our side.
- We strongly recommend tracked postage, as Senzela Jade does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
We take pride in our workmanship and each garment is individually handmade by our artisan craftsmen.
Once received, your item will undergo a quality assessment.
On approval, we will process your full refund (or store credit if requested) to your original payment method within a reasonable time and in line with applicable consumer laws.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we have confirmed a fault or error on our side.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If we provided you with a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Senzela Jade is a global company, registered with ASIC in Australia, and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) apply in addition to this policy.
If there is a minor defect that can be remedied, we will fix it within a reasonable time at no cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- repair the product
- replace it with an identical item
- refund the purchase price
If there is a major defect or failure, we will address it in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, including providing you with either a refund or a replacement, at your election, provided the product is returned to us at our cost.
